Not every event we cater is a festive affair. Sometimes, we serve at somber events like funerals and memorial services. Food brings comfort in times of grief. We were recently honored to help Mary Bem and her family in a time of need.
She wrote to use to say thank you:
"I just wanted you and your company to know personally how excellent everything was. The food was just beautiful--so clean and attractively served. Hot things were hot as they should be and the cold things cold. And, there was more than enough for everyone. I think our guests felt very well taken care of for the occassion. Your staff person, Frank, was just wonderful. He was so kind and helpful, so pleasant, smiling, so courteous. He did much better than I would in his position.
I will certainly refer your company to anyone who needs a suggestion. A funeral is always a somber occassion but the luncheon you provided and the way it was served help brighten the day. " ~~Mary B. Bem
