Dagar's made the Austin American Statesman!

Reid and Pamela Harrell try the lobster avocado cocktail from Dagar's Catering, an Austin family business operating for 58 years, as Frank Albarado serves up some chorizo rellenos. "This is a good hook up." said Reid adding, "We just moved here from California six weeks ago."
We served over 500 people in the span of 2 hours and had a line practically the length of the entire tent the whole time. We had a blast and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy the food. The most rewarding part of our job is seeing the smiles on people's faces when they bite into one of our delicious menu items. This past Sunday at the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Fest - it was definitely all smiles!
