Tis the Season!




These snapshots were taken at the Patman Wedding at Nature's Point this past Saturday. What a beautiful day for a wedding! 

Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves and, most importantly, the food! The tables looked awesome and the appetizers looked delicious, as you can see. 

During cocktail hour, we served our famous Shrimp Angels and Mediterranean Stuffed Mushrooms - two of our most frequently requested hors d'oeuvres. And for dinner we served Grilled Chicken with Arugula, Black Olives and Tomatoes and our legendary Molasses Glazed Beef Tenderloin. 

This was just one of seven weddings we catered over the weekend, but it was definitely the largest. Butler service for 200 guests divided between two menu options - busy night! All went very well and everyone was very pleased with the service.
